Process
Upload
Send us your idea – preferably in an exact plan – drawn in an editable format (.PDF .SVG .DXF .DWG .CDR .AI .PLN .PLA) then we start negotiation and cooperation. We request the files as a ’Wetransfer link’ via our contact form.
Control
We will review the uploaded files, contact you and send You a quote for the ordered product.
Production
Once we have clarified all the issues and You have accepted our offer, we will start manufacturing the product quickly and accurately.
Takeover
You can pick up the finished products in person at our office or we will deliver them to You by delivery service.
Materials
Wood
From plywood, plywood and hardwood to MDF, all types of wood can be machined up to a thickness of 80 mm.
HPVC
Lightweight and durable material, typically white (color), or available in several colors when colored. In terms of thickness (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 19 mm) a large selection is available, so it can be used in a wide variety of areas. It is also a good choice for paintable letters, indirect lighting boards, model boards, LED boards, 2.5D machining and contour milling.
Composite
Composite sheets are typically available in 3- and 5-mm thicknesses. They are made with PE (polyethylene) core, the thickness of the aluminum armor is 0.3 mm. These are used in mainly advertising-decor areas, but can also be used to produce individual coverings. The surface of the boards can be painted, glossy on one side, matt on the other, and brushed metal.
The brushed alu dibond is perhaps one of the most beautiful modern decor elements. The typical size of the plates is 1500x3000mm, 1500x4000mm or 1220x2440mm.
Plexi
Available in a wide variety of colors and transparency, possibly with special light transmission (truled, black and white), plexi can be used creatively in all industries. We have 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30 mm thick versions available on request. Cast plexiglasses are especially suitable for CNC machining, especially for thicker boards.
